  • Paid Skill Modules: Specialized expert modules (e.g., Legal, Medical, Real Estate, Finance) available via subscription for advanced capabilities.
  • API Integration: Ability to connect your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to power your agents.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.


3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

  • Paid Skill Modules are billed through our secure third-party processors: Stripe and/or LemonSqueezy.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

4.2 Pricing & Changes

  • Prices for Paid Modules are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice.
  • Price changes will not affect active subscription periods; they apply upon renewal.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated at checkout.
  • If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4.4 Your API Costs

  • If you provide your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), you are solely responsible for all usage fees, rate limits, and compliance with those providers’ terms.
  • Trinity Claw is not liable for charges incurred through your API usage.

5. License & Intellectual Property

5.1 Core Engine (Open Source)

  • The core Trinity Claw engine may be available under the MIT License via GitHub. Use of the open-source code is governed by that license.
  • The MIT License grants broad permissions but comes “as is” without warranty.

5.2 Hosted Service & Premium Modules (Proprietary)

  • The hosted Service at trinityclaw.com, including Premium Skill Modules, proprietary interfaces, and curated content, is not covered by the MIT License.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • You may not:
    • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Paid Modules without explicit written permission
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the hosted Service
    • Use the Service to build a competing product or service

5.3 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service (“Your Content”).
  • By using the Service, you grant Trinity Claw a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • You represent that You have all necessary rights to grant this license and that Your Content does not violate third-party rights.

5.4 Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Service may be used by Trinity Claw without restriction or compensation.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

  • Train competing AI models using output from Trinity Claw without permission

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations, including account termination and legal referral.


7. AI Disclaimer & No Professional Advice

7.1 AI Limitations

  • Trinity Claw uses artificial intelligence that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
  • AI outputs are probabilistic and should be reviewed critically before reliance.

7.2 No Professional Advice

  • Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
  • Paid Skill Modules (e.g., “Legal Advisor,” “Medical Assistant”) are productivity tools designed to assist research and drafting—not to replace licensed professionals.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or omissions based on AI-generated content.

7.3 Verification Required

Always verify critical information with qualified human professionals, official sources, or primary documentation before acting upon it.


8. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.


9. Third-Party Services & Links

  • The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these features is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To cancel a Paid Module subscription, follow the instructions in your account dashboard or contact support.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity or non-payment
  • Reasons required by law or to protect the safety/security of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., licenses, disclaimers, liability limits) will remain in effect.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.


12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRINITY CLAW, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRINITY CLAW IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.


13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trinity Claw and its contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Your Content or AI outputs you generate and distribute

  • Self-Hosting: If you deploy the MIT-licensed core engine independently, your use is governed solely by the MIT License and your own infrastructure policies – not these Terms.
  • Enterprise/B2B Use: For team, enterprise, or commercial deployments, please contact us for a custom agreement that may include SLAs, data processing terms, or volume licensing.
